Return Exchange Policy
For your protection, all returned items must be insured for the full amount of the items. We do not have responsibility for merchandise during the return process. Refunds include all shipping costs when merchandise is defective. All items can be returned within
10 business days of our shipping date if in new condition.
All adjustments etc. will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed as it is under the control of the shipping company. Delivery is normally 1-7 business days, unless it is over a holiday or something unusual occurs.
Shipping Charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective.
International orders are calculated according to the country's requirements for customs and other regulations specific to the country. The decision to ship other than US is decided on an individual basis with mutual consent of both parties.
